1. Translate virtually anything on the Internet

For a non-English website, Chrome will automatically ask if you want to translate it into English. But Chrome’s translation features don’t end there.  If you’re trying to learn Tamil, French, and Spanish or want to brush up on your Bosnian, the browser’s advanced settings allow you to change your browser’s language all together. Chrome also allows you to list languages in order of preference and change the languages you want translated.

2. Go on Settings > Show advanced settings. Finally, click on “Languages and input settings.” 

3. Click “Add” and select the language you’d like to use from the list. On the right panel

Google Chrome Task Manager (Prevent from hanging)

Hanging is a bigger issue for low configured computers. When you run multiple tabs and extensions at a time, your computer RAM and CPU to run and take more usage.it your computer hardware configuration is low and you are opening multiple tabs then your browser might hand.

For avoid this Google Chrome has introduced a task manager in browser. By using the Google Chrome Task Manager you can get detailed information of a particular process running in the Google Chrome. You can also force a misbehaving tab or application to close. If your Google chrome browser run out of memory or slow, or crashing continuously time-to-time it is the best function. Press Shift + Esc to open Chrome Task Manager and then you can able to kill that process which cause Google Chrome slow to load or work.

Lock Google Chrome with Built-in Password Protection

In the latest stable build of Google Chrome can lock your browser when you step away, to protect your data and privacy. All you have to do is change a setting to enable the new profile management system—no extensions needed.

You might want to lock your browser if you share gadgets in your house, or if someone else has to use your personal laptop for a bit. The new user manager comes with this feature built-in.

Type in you chrome browser: chrome: //flags

1.       Search for “Enable new profile management system”

2.       Click the blue “Enable” link.

3.       Click the “Relaunch Now” button at the bottom of your browser to apply changes.

You will see a drop-down button with your Google account name, next to your Minimize button. Click this and click the lock icon when you want to password-protect your Chrome browser. Browse privately with incognito mode

“Incognito mode “ this feature is very helpful when you don’t want Google Chrome to save a record of what you visit and downloaded. You can browse 100% privately in this mode. Any cookies that are being stored during the incognito mode are automatically gets deleted when you closed the browser.

Google Cloud Printing

Cloud printing is one of the, Interesting Google Chrome best feature no matter what platform you are using. Google Cloud Printing allow us to print over the web from anywhere doesn’t matter from and where and can even print from you mobile. For Google Cloud Printing to work, you’ll need to set up your device with your Google Cloud Ready printers or Google Classic printers. After this all you have to do is tap or right click the menu button, press print, then select your Google Cloud Print enabled printer and then you can print web pages directly out of Chrome. You can print any of the open tabs on Chrome to Google Cloud Print by hitting Ctrl + P or “Print” from the wrench menu and selecting “Print with Google Cloud Print” from the destination dropdown. Compose Email Directly From Address Bar in Chrome

Chrome’s address bar can be used for more than just searching and typing URLs. If you use Gmail, you can use the address bar to search your emails and compose new messages.

·         Open your Gmail Account in Google Chrome. And login with your user ID and password.

·         On the right side of your chrome browser address bar you will see the protocol handler icon.

Now in the Address bar type “mailto:” followed by the recipients address into your address bar. It’ll open up the Gmail compose window automatically and then you can write your email and hit send.

Save Web Pages as PDFs Without Installing Extensions

While there are plenty of PDF writing software and online conversion services around that can help you save web pages as PDF files, the fact is that you don’t need any of them as long as you have Google Chrome on your computer. Google feature which allows you to turn your web pages into PDF documents without the use of Chrome extensions.

It is a very simple method and it save a lot of time as you don’t have to install any software or use any online service or use any extension. In order to use this awesome feature, Open any web page inside Google Chrome, press Ctrl+P (or Cmd+P if you are on a Mac) to open the Print dialog and change the destination printer to “Save as PDF.” Hit the Print button and the current web page will instantly download as a PDF document. You can also use Chrome’s PDF engine to convert your local image files, text files and any local HTML web pages to PDFs by open a file in Chrome, it can convert the file to PDF.

Bookmark/Save all your Browser Session

If you are opening many tabs for reading or taking notes. You want to save all the current tabs as a bookmark for further reference. Using chrome you can save/bookmark all the tabs.

Save the current session on a single folder.

To do so click Menu >> Bookmarks >> Bookmark open pages

Now give a name to the current session and click save button to add all currently opened pages on a folder. It’ll appear as a folder on the bookmark list. To open all page at once. Right-click on that folder and select “Open all bookmarks” open

Use as a Media Player

You usually use a media players like VLC, Window media player or some other player for watching video.
